I am a stay at home mom with a love for God and my children and very honored to be at home.
What does a person think when someone mentions home schooling? Its a term being heard more and more these days. But it is also a term  the main stream still does not yet understand.

Home schooling is in a class of its own. It is a journey of every day life with your children where you are the teacher. Instead of children sitting in a class room all day with not much personal attention in any giving subject , there is a lot of one on one attention. With that in mind, a child in the learning process is able to quickly attend to tasks and ask questions without class interruptions or competition of other students.

In a traditional class room children only get to attend maybe one or two field trips a year. Home schooled children can go any time the parent arranges a field trip to any where -- the world is a learning stage and kids can experience much more.

Many may think home schooled children do not get to socialize often, but that is simply a myth. With the rise of home schoolers all across America, in every city there are thousands of home school organizations and social support groups who come together for social events. Home schooling is the new wave of outstanding education!
