Italian Lentil Soup
Geen Lentils
yellow onion
garlic (fresh is best)
celery
olive oil
diced tomato (fresh is best)
rosemary
Mora Veggie broth or Chicken broth
bay leaf (fresh is best)
Play around with seasonings until you get the
soup to your tasting. Add as little or much as you want to your own
liking. Enjoy with some fresh bread. |
