I am married to a visionary. We have not been blessed with children yet but that is the desire of my heart. I have one grown step-son who lives in another state. I am a Christian and was raised and home-schooled in a Christian family with 7 siblings. I am interested in healthy living and love to learn and share.
Baked Potato Casserole
5 lb. bag of red potatos- diced into cubes
1 stick of butter
green onions- diced (i cut mine with scissors)
chives
garlic salt or powder
1 1/2 packages of real bacon bits
2/3 bottle of ranch dressing
grated cheddar cheese- mix half of it in and save other half for the topping

boil potatoes. drain. add butter to hot potatoes. stir in as it melts.
stir in the rest of the ingredients. top with grated cheese.
bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.

i got this recipe from my sister, mrs. suzy black, and it is so fast and easy and sooo yummy!
sorry there are not exact measurements on most of the ingredients, but it is all kinda "to taste". you can add as much or as little as you want! if you really need measurements, i could guess at 'em. just let me know.
enjoy!
