I'm a homeschooling mom with three lovely children.

T-Tapp 071

About two and a half years ago, when I saw my fellow homeschoolers on the Sonlight forum rave about T-Tapp, I decided to splurge and do something for me. After three kids, each time via C-section, (2000, 2002, 2004), though I was never overweight, my stomach hung loose, surrounded by loose skin and fat. It was very uncomfortable to fit into form-fitting clothes with my skin and fat all bunched up. I bought T-Tapp's Total Workout and CRT Skin Tightening System with high hopes of transforming my body into my pre-pregnancy form.

I T-Tapped faithfully for five months (from July to November 2006) and did the dry skin brushing daily. Sometimes I did the Total Workout, but most of the time, I only had time for T-Tapp Basic Workout Plus. My main motivating reason for starting an exercise program was to lose weight. I bought an expensive digital scale to commemorate the beginning of my fitness journey. Sadly, I did not lose a single pound throughout that five months. At times, I even gained one or two pounds. I was so blindsided by this failure that I failed to notice that doing T-Tapp has transformed my body from the inside out. I looked my greatest since having my first child. My stomach muscles were tight, my arms and legs were trim, and I moved with ease. T-Tapping was becoming easier and easier. Unfortunately, I decided to drop out of my T-Tapping routine completely because I didn't see any weight loss.

I picked it back up in the fall the following year (September 2007). I had gone on a family vacation to California in the summer and shared pictures with friends and family. One of my friends sent me an email sending me her congratulations to me on our new coming baby. The thing was, I wasn't pregnant! It was a wake-up call for me. I started T-Tapping again. This time, I looked at the definition of T-Tapp carefully. It's never meant to be a simple, quick-fix weight-loss program. It delivers the results inside out, building long, lean muscles slowly, but surely. The lightbulb moment came to me suddenly. I was reaping all the benefits that T-Tapp promised the year before, my whole body was fit and tight, because those five months of T-Tapping had transformed the flabby fats all over my body slowly to long, lean muscles. I just wasn't seeing the weight loss because the fats were slowly being replaced by muscles. I couldn't believe I gave up because I didn't see the scale move. This time, I was determined to stick to it.

Nine months later (May 2008), I was still the same weight, but I finally had a flat stomach. I had told myself that it would be fine not to lose weight, as long as I see a change in overall fitness and a flat stomach.

Then, I discovered how to count calories and figured out how much I am supposed to burn each day and how much I am supposed to eat each day. I kept T-Tapping, mostly keeping to the short 15-minute workout, Basic Workout Plus. Two months later, I had what I wanted, weight loss, or more accurately, further fat loss and an even flatter tummy. I was so excited!

I'm just so glad that by spending 15 minutes each day, I am able to keep myself fit and feeling great. I love the CRT Skin Tightening System because all the loose skin around my waist was gone. My friend who had lost nearly 20 lbs. in six months and is 10 lbs. lighter than me (we're of the same height) was amazed that my stomach was completely flat exclaimed, "Wow! Your tummy totally looks like a teenager's!" because she still has rolls of fat and bunches of skin around her waist. I shared my T-Tapp experience with her, and she wanted to know more about T-Tapp and the dry skin brushing method that Teresa Tapp developed.

I was finally prompted to share my success story with those on the T-Tapp forum. I want to give proper credit where it's due! It's all because of T-Tapp- since I don't go to the gym, I don't do sports, nor do I run. I don't like going to Yoga or Pilates classes like some of my friends, because I'm a homebody. My life is too busy with three kids, homeschooling, and meeting the needs of my family to spend hours daily keeping to a fitness routine. But, 15 minutes? That's totally doable!

Wow you look great! I have tapped for almost 2.5 yrs too. It is so good for so many reasons. Not only does it make you look great but feel great. It is wonderful how your skin can pick up and your bladder.

I would love to know how you learned how many calories you could eat and how to maximize that.
