Hi, I am a mom of 2 bouncing happy kids, Connor will be 5 in May and Abi will be 3 in April. Parenting is tough, fun, rewarding, a new adventure everyday and I am grateful to God for giving me these 2 bouncing babies!
Whenever I make chocolate chip cookies (as that is my fam's fave) we never eat an entire batch, so they either get passed out to friends (which is not bad), or get dumped (which is a waste).

Then a friend told me what she does, which is wonderful.

First you need:

- Your favorite cookie recipe made, not baked!
- Cookie scoop - pampered chef has a nice one!
- freezer bags
- Marker

1) Put together your cookie recipe
2) Label a few freezer bags with the date you made the cookie dough.
3) Then with your cookie scoop, scoop out balls of cookie dough and place them into the freezer bags
4) Freeze
5) Whenever you want freshly baked cookies, but not a whole bunch, take out as many as you like and bake according to your recipe.

We just finished off the last 4 - tasted just as fresh as if I had just made them from scratch that day.
Yes, you are basically making your own frozen cookie dough, like the store bought kind, except it is mom made and always tastes better!
